FINECO joined the recently-concluded Tindahan ni Aling Puring Convention (TNAP) last May 24-28, 2017 at the World Trade Center Manila. The event is attended by thousands of Aling Puring members, and numerous brands offering “panalong promo and discounts”.
FINECO, as one of the leading promo and marketing agency in the country, provided its services to participating accounts such as San Miguel Purefoods wherein the team handled the entire booth operations. For other big accounts such as Splash Foods Barrio Fiesta, booth design and fabrication were supplied, and managed its promo and selling activities, as well. Moreover, sampling activations were organized for brands such as Nestle Kimy, Lady’s Choice Sandwich Spread, Knorr Pork Monggo, and La Filipina.

Attending the monthly PSTD Tipanan are Elena G. Tayone (Training Manager), and Bryan Dela Cruz (Training Supervisor). The periodic convergence or Tipanan serves as an avenue for exchange of information related to learning and development, and aims to inspire systematic study of training processes, as well as to develop the members in producing coherent training design format.
Relevant insights and knowledge gained from the monthly assemblies are cascaded to all FINECO Area Managers and NCR and Provincial Trainers to ensure the quality of training nationwide.
The retail landscape has changed significantly in the last few years with the advent of digital marketing. To keep up with the shift, FINECO enrolled two of its key players from the Client Service team: Katherine P. Jusayan (Creative Services Manager), and Dhona Mae Nofuente (Business Unit Head) in Certified Digital Marketer Acceleration Program held in Asian Institute of Management last January 28 to February 25, 2017.
CDM is a 5-week training course for digital marketers who want to accelerate their careers in the digital industry. Subjects taken are Introduction to Digital Marketing, Website Development, Social Media Marketing 101 & 102, Digital Media Strategies, Paid Online Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Digital Analytics.
The course provided new strategies, trends in digital space, and has accustomed its students with digital channels as one of the relevant platforms in creating a marketing plan.
